Hi All
I created one user on CUE with extension 1111. I call the call in number 23456789 and then login as 1111. It can only query extension number and dial to this extension by option 2 only.
Whereas another existing user 2222, who can dail to call in number 23456789 after login. It can choose option 2 and option 4. I have seen 2 users have no groups was assigned.
Can anyone help how to setup the user access level on CUE IVR? Many thanks.

We want 1111 have the same voice prompt selection as 2222.
