how to define CUE login profile in IVR

Hi All

          I created one user on CUE with extension 1111. I call the call in number 23456789 and then login as 1111. It can only query extension number and dial to this extension by option 2 only.

          Whereas another existing user 2222, who can dail to call in number 23456789 after login. It can choose option 2 and option 4. I have seen 2 users have no groups was assigned.

          Can anyone help how to setup the user access level on CUE IVR? Many thanks.

And number 23456789, what would be that exactly ?

Hi Paolo, that's a IVR application.

Here's the detail description.

1111 behavior

  • •1.       Voice prompt of option 2 – query of extension number.

2222 behavior

  • •1.       Voice prompt of option 2 – query of office extension number.
  • •2.       Voice prompt of option 3 – query of shop extension number
  • •3.       Voice prompt of option 5 – dial to local call. (call out from PSTN)

We want 1111 have the same voice prompt selection as 2222.
