How to delay CUBE HA rebooting

Roger Jin

Hello, just wondering if there is a setting which i can delay the cube to reboot straightaway after a cable is disconnected. Below is the redundancy group setting:

redundancy
mode none
application redundancy
group 1
name cube-ha
priority 100 failover threshold 75
timers delay 30 reload 60
control Port-channel2 protocol 1
data Port-channel2
track 1 shutdown
track 2 shutdown

At the moment, as soon as i unplug one of the cables in the track 1 or 2, the cube starts to reboot instantly without any delay.

Hello @Roger Jin.

I do not believe this is possible. This can be found in the "Considerations and Restrictions" section in the following documentation:
Cisco Unified Border Element Configuration Guide Through Cisco IOS XE 17.5

After a failover event occurs, the previously failed router reloads by design.
