How to download voicemail

Hi,

I am using Cisco unity connection 7.1. I need to download one voicemail which has came in a VM account. If it was Unity connections 8.x then web inbox feature would have worked. Is there any way I can download that voicemail on my desktop from Unity connections.

Please help.

Hi Gaurav,

Unity Connection 7.x still has access to messages via PCA>Inbox and

can be saved off using the Options>Save as

Messages can also be isolated and recovered via the DRS Message Fisher Tool for Unity Connection

from the great suite of Unity Tools
