Hi All,
How can I config the following feature in Call Manager 4.1(3):
When a call dial to a hunt pilot or end user, if the lines of the hunt pilot or the end user are busy, a prompt (or Music) will ask the calling party to hold the call until a line available? In CM manual it says CM has call queuing function but I can not find how to enable it.
Can anybody help me for that?
Thank you!
Best regards,
Teru Lei

The only built in call queuing in CCM is when using Attendant Console, check out this doc:
if you need to extend call queueing for non AC phones, you need to install IPCC Express, Cisco shipps CallManager with 5 seat licence for IPCC Express Standard, which you may install on the CCM server. If you need more licenses you'll need to purchase the software and a dedicated server or couple if HA is desired. Check out IPCCX SRND:

You can do this with Unity if you have it. Here's some FAQs about it: http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/sw/voicesw/ps2237/products_qanda_item09186a0080093c13.shtml
