We have enable SSO for CUCM but now we have a few accounts(local users) ex: Service Desk Admins who used to be able to login to CUCM/user to change call forwarding as per their requirement. Now they are not able to login. Is it possible if i have them added as Service account in AD/LDAP, they would be able to login using that to CUCM user login?

As long as the account has the field "sn" set it would be synced over from AD. That is if you don't also have custom LDAP filter that defines other criteria(s) for what to sync.

Short answer, yes that would work.

Thanks Roger but looking for a long nswer here. If we create a dummy account in AD without all the attributes(like email, department etc) mentioned in the LDAP directory page of CUCM, will that still work?
