How to modify icon for IP phone service

We built a custom solution and deployed as an IP phone service for one of the customer. With regards to this custom phone service, how to modify the default icon on the IP phones that subscribe to this service?

Hi, i have the same issue. When i deploy several services on the phone it is hard to find the correct one, because all services get the default icon (CP-8865).

Have you found a solution to change the icon for the developed phone service?
