Hello community,
I have encountered a problem while trying to upgrade CUCM version 11.5.1.13901-3 to version 12.5.1.15900-66.
I wanted to run the pre-upgrade tests first, but it appears that the pre and post-upgrade files are not recognized by the system.
I've attached screenshots to visualize the issue.
Can anyone advise me a solution please?
Thanks in advance.

Hello,
you have to use the pre/post-upgrade COP files without the "sha512" in the filename, because CUCM 11.5 cannot handle SHA512 signed files.
But there is also a COP-file "ciscocm.enable-sha512sum-2021-signing-key-v1.0.cop.sgn" to enable that.
