I need to provide the Voice Messaging service for the BT Turret system by using the Unity 4.0(3) and CCM 4.0. I wonder that how I can configure the Q.SIG so that the CCM 4.0 can trigger the MWI on the phones of the Turret system?
Moreover, when I am using the CCM4.0 and Q.SIG to provide the Voice Messaging services for Turret, do I still need to use the Alternate Extension and the Phantom Number method in order to make it work?
Many thanks,

Thanks for your information.
However, I would like to clarify one thing -
FOr example there is a Turret phone 8001 and the Turret phone system is integrated with CCM 4.0 through Q.SIG. WHen I create a VM account for the Turret phone 8001 user, do I simply add a new Subscriber at the Unity server with the extension number 8001?
If not, do I have to create a phantom/virtual phone number on the CCM i.e. 3001 and this 3001 is always CALL FORWARD ALL to VM. At the Unity, I would create a Subscriber with extension of 3001 but also with an Alternate Extension 8001. So the Unity can trigger the MWI light of both 3001 and 8001?
Which approach should I use if I am working with CCM 4.0 and Unity 4.0(3)?
Many thanks,
