Our main line into our company is ext 2500. If the phone is not answered it goes to voice mail. The business wants it to go to a hunt group if not answered.
What would be the best way of doing this?

I'll assume CUCM 7 and that the DN is on a phone as there is little info
Configure CFNA to a hunt pilot and configure the line group of the guys you want to ring if no answer on 2500.
You can still configure the final behavior to go to VM.

Forward Hunt No Answer
Forward Hunt Busy
