Hi,
Scenario
Cluster CUCM : 8.6.2.20000-2
Hunt Pilot -> 1000
- Maximum Hunt Timer = 20
- Forward Hunt No Answer = Destination 2000
Hunt List -> HL-Helpdesk
- RNA Reversion Timeout = 15
- Distribution Algorithm = Circular
- Line Group -> LG-Helpdesk
- With 5 Directory Number (1001, 1002, 1003, 1004, 1005)
Problem :
- Call in Hunt Pilot 1000
- It is directed to the LG Group Line-Helpdesk
- Call once (one ring) and directs the call to the 2000
Observation :
- At the moment the problem has directories of available numbers
- There are 5 IP Phone 7962 where all are configured with 5 Directory Numbers
Line 1 : 1001
Line 2 : 1002
Line 3 : 1003
Line 4 : 1004
Line 5 : 1005
I could not find any similar bug. Problem occors randomly

I'd first check the max calls/busy trigger settings on all of the lines.

Hi will.alvord
1) Validate line by line and principle are OK (all are with default settings)
2) There is no forwarding enabled.
Obs.: Call appears as missed in Devices
