I am looking for some help on changing my extension number to a username.

I am using CUCM 7.1 and I am inquiring on how to change the primary extension in the upper right hand corner to reflect a username and not the extension. I know that if I change the ASCII Line Text Label that changes the name next to that extension. However, I am wanting to change the extension 1010 in the title bar to a username. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Luke,

Try the following: in the DN configuration page, scroll down to the "Line Text Label" field and enter the username there.
