Hello ,
i would like to change dial pattern in gateway
i have cucm version 10.5 the dial pattern in gateway not in gui
i would like to know how to do it like when u call the number 800.00000 the answer machine ask you if you need to go to customer services dial 1 or technical support dial 2 and that number directed you to the required extension

That would be how to configure an auto attendant (AA) that topic has been covered plenty of times before at CSC, you need CUC or some other system to do that, CUCM only is not enough.

I don't understand what you have here, you CANNOT configure CUCM via CLI, you need to use the GUI. CUCM runs on MCS or UC on UCS
You CAN configure CME via CLI (and it runs on routers), if this is CME, you don't even provide any of the current config you want to change, to get any assistance, I suggest you review the CME config guide as it explains how to configure hunt groups.

I suggest you first check whether you are using CUCM or CME and what exactly are you using for autoattendant. Are you using CUC/CUE for autoattendant?
