- Current platform is UCCM 6.1.2
- Using idle URL to display company logo (still xml image)on all IP phones
- Having issue in which all 7921 wireless IP phones are unable to display the image; getting XML error
- Did some research and found a Cisco doc that explains having to edit the "ephone template" to enable this feature for the 7921
- Doc does not explain how to find the ephone template; wasn't sure if this is something that has to be modified at the CLI
Any suggestions would be most helpful.
