IM and Presence 12.5 can't access through web browser

After Power issue with our hardware the IM and Presence Server 12.5 Publisher server I cannot access it through the web browser. When I type in the IP address of my server it gives thw web pagre for the server and when i press on

me the error "This site can't be reached."

 I need a resolution to be able to access the administration portal

the subscribe server working fine

I can see the test result: “test -tomcat_connectors: Failed - The HTTPS port is not responding to local requests. Please collect all of the Tomcat logs for root cause analysis: file get activelog tomcat/logs/*.” It appears this is the reason you are unable to open the page on IMP, even though all the services are up.

I suggest restarting the Tomcat service and trying again. If it still doesn’t work, check the logs using “file get activelog tomcat/logs/*.” If you don’t find anything from the logs, please open a case with TAC.
