Hi guys, a customer have a BE6000 with CUCM, IM&P, etc
For some reason the IM&P OS Administration wasn´t accepting the password and they decided to re-install the IM&P, creating a new machine e removing the old one.
The problem is that now it is not possible do complete the installation. It always stuck at the same phase. The initial connectivity check was OK, no error. All reqs are fine (NTP, DNS, etc) and they also changed the CUCM server name from FQDN to IP to eliminate a possibility of the bug CSCuq76366.
They downloaded a new IM&P ova from cisco website, new virtual machine, etc, but the install always fail.
Any ideas? Some know issue?

I would try a different bootable ISO if you have one. That or the OVA is somehow corrupted if you are on a BE6K since it couldn't be a hardware issue. Are you choosing the right user count for the OVA you downloaded?

Looks like the install is failing at the database. The first thing would be is to dump the install logs on the serial port and review it
If you can collect the installdb logs from cucm that will help you to check if there are any issues with any of the tables
