IM Presence 11.5 Second Node fails in installation.

Hi

Im trying to install CUP second node and there is not way to finish the installation.

The error is: Critical Error. The installation has encountered a unrecoverable internal error.

"/usr/local/cm/script/cm-cup-dbl-inetall Install PostInstall 11.5.1.13900-57.....

The system will now halt

Node conectivity check is OK, Validation with CUCM is OK, Validation with CUP is Ok but some time later it fails.

The problem is I have not access to the vcenter to deploy the ova. I send instructions to other people to deploy it. But CUP Publisher has installed correctly using the same OVA and ISO.

I have the CUP second node IP on System>Server correctly in CUCM.

The DNS are configure for this server.

Do I have to do anything in else?

I have deleted the Server on CUCM and restart publisher, deploy the CUPs ova and try agian but the issue persist.

I have no access to the instalation logs sorry.

Any ideas?

Just guessing : Check for NTP reachability and Stratum on CUCM PUB/SUB and IPM first Node.

Thanks for the answers. Finally I was able to install CUPs SUB.

l set "all" on the Incoming and Ougoing ACL in CUP PUB .

Also The Cisco Sync Agent service was "not running" so I started it and reload the PUB.

Probably It was a lack of configuration in PUB.
