Hello all,
I have a cisco unity connection 11.5 integrated with LDAP , the problem when i want to import user from ldap to cuc it give me Importing users completed. Number of successes: 0, Number of failures: 1
and the error reason : Email Address entered: test@domain.com . Enter Valid Relay Email Address
Could you help me please

Hello @akramroot,
A relay email address is required in Cisco Unity Connection to send voicemail and other notifications to users.
Check if the email address entered in the LDAP user record is valid and active.
Check if the relay email address is configured in Cisco Unity Connection. The relay email address should be a valid email address that can be used to send notifications to users.

Navigate to System Settings >> SMTP Configuration
After you have updated the relay email address, try to import the user again from LDAP.

You mean change smtp domain on smtp configuration > server ?
