I am looking to see how a 800 number is routed to our main phone number 2500. Where is a good place to start?
Also I notice that the MGCP gateway / Inbound Calls / Significant Digits = ALL.
So I'm not sure how a 7 or 10 digit call is routed either!
Thanks
Matt

Start by looking at the inbound CSS for the GW to determine what it can reach, then look at the route plan report to see how calls are routed.
You could use DNA for this.

HTH,
So I did the DNA and here is what I got if you can explain?
Called Party Number *2000
Translation Pattern: XXXX
DN=*XXXX
I don't see yet how this rings 2500?
And what does the * do at the front of a DN?
Thanks
Matt
