Hello,
I want to Schedule Backup of CUCM from the DRS GUI interface, but status shows: Update Failed. The configured date or time has elapsed.
I Schedule Backup from CLI and its completes successfully.
I see that 2 hours are show, the first one refers to CST and the other one to UTC as shown in the following image:
Why?
I would like to Schedule Backup of CUCM from the DRS GUI interface without issue.

Cristian,
Check your Date/Time group configuration under CUCM admin. System >>> Date/Time Group. It defaults to UTC even though your times may be correct everywhere else in the system.
