Hi Guys,
I have created 3 call handlers and recorded voice greeting in the Standard Greeting option for all 3 callhandlers in my Unified system.
"After greeting" option in the Greetings page, I have forwarded the call handler 1 to callhandler 2 and callhandler 2 to callhandler 3. I observed, "After greeting", call handler1 is immediately transferring to callhandler 2. Is there any possibility to increase the seconds time before immediately transferring to callhandler2?
