Informix query to find phones with anonymous users

Hello!  Been searching all over to find this answer.  I'm looking for an informix query to show me all phones that have no owner user id (set as anonymous).  I've found lots of useful queries for other stuff here:

However that link doesn't have exactly what i need.  Anyone else ever tried to do this or maybe even have another way to better determine this?

I think it shows in the licensing report under the system menu still

If there isn’t a fkenduser column there should be a similar one that would be null if there is no owner ID , that should be pretty easy to do .

Valid point.  I often forget about the license manager part :(
