Hi everybody,
How can we install CUEAC 8.6.2 if we can't provide Windows 2008 R1 (32-bits) OS ?
Actually, it's not possible to order Windows 2008 R1 OS...
Is-there alternative installation or process to allow installation with good OS ?
Regards

Even version 9.0 still does not list R2:

Your only option would be to contact Cisco TAC or ARC to see if the documentation is outdated, but from the looks of it R2 is still not supported. I feel your pain.
HTH,
Chris

When purchasing through Microsoft Volume licensing, you have the rights to downgrade the license to any previous version of Windows. So if you purchase R2 you can request for a license for R1 (32-bit) from microsoft.
64-bit support and therefore R2 support will be availabe in the 9.1 release (finally) which will be released in early May.
