installing device pack for cucm 9

i need to add 8865-8845 phones support for my cucm 9.1.1.10000-11 by installing a device pack , i have both cucm pub and sub please help me with the following:

1-do i install the device pack on both pub and sub?

2-do i need to restart them both after device pack installation at the same time or i can restart pub then sub? is the restart order correct - pub then sub?

3-can i install the latest device pack or is there a update path for device pack?

3 You can install the latest DevPack

The data sheet for the devices explain what is the minimum CUCM version to use them, have you reviewed what's the minimum version for the 8845?
