We got a CUCM ver 10.0.1.10000-24.
Our client bought 52 enhanced UCL for 52 7841 Ip phones and 120 basic UCL for 120 7821 Ip Phones.
After install proper licenses, and implement all of the Ip Phones, we are getting Insuficient Licenses error for 7821 Ip Phones.
From 78XX datasheet we get:
"The Cisco IP Phone 7821 requires a Basic User Connect License (UCL) in orderto connect to Cisco Unified Communications Manager.The Cisco IP Phone 7841 and 7861 require an Enhanced User Connect License (UCL) in order to connect to Cisco Unified Communications Manager"
So we we want to know why we are getting this error, as we have the proper licensing to support both Ip phone models.
