Hello
Somebody knows if it is possible to configure IM&Presence 11.5 to enable supervisors chat to agents but disable chat between agents using Jabber?
If so, is there any guide to do that?
Thanks

I do not think you can accomplish this with IM&P natively.
Verba is a 3rd party vendor who has an "Ethical wall" feature which allows you to block IM&P communications between certain user groups. This is a licensed product (there will be additional cost), you might be able to make that work in your scenario.

Thanks for your response Jonathan,
I´ll check that point with Ethical Wall, in the meantime; do you know if there is IM&P official documentation to justify this feature is not available with Cisco Jabber?
I did some research and found nothing. I´m thinking in opening a case with TAC just to verify this is not possible.

There is no document that will tell you that what you're trying to do is not possible.
But, IT IS NOT possible as there is no such feature, the documentation covers and explains what IS available, anything not mentioned, can be considered as NOT available/implemented.
As mentioned before, this is only possible via 3rd party apps to implement the ethical wall.
