Interface Network Verification failed

Please help
Yesterday I accidentally changed Static to DHCP Server on cusm, after Restart.
can't be opened and after checking on the VM by console there (attach)
"Network Verification failed"

I want to it static again, please advise and solution.

Your best option is to call TAC and open a P1 SR.

If the CUCM server vlan doesn't have a DHCP server, configure one and on vlan  interface   configure IP helper address as the DHCP server. The server should take an IP address from the DHCP.

This is CUSM, and I want to make it static. but CUSM cannot be accessed and the VM appears a notification "Network Verification failed"

You made it dhcp, so connect a dhcp server to get the Ip. Once CUSM gets the IP u can convert it to static.
