I have a customer that recently upgraded to 4.0.4. They are running in a Unified Messaging environment with Domino. When they recieve a voicemail and listen to it on the phone, the timestamp is correct. When they view the message on their Notes client, however, the timestamp shows an invalid date. It shows Dec. 31, 1969 at 6am for a message received today at 3 pm. Anyone have any ideas?
Thanks
Matthew

probably a problem with their client configuration - messages are stored in the db with GMT time stamps and the clients convert it into the appropriate time. Unity defautls to the time zone the Unity server is configured for, however you can over ride this in the subscriber properties page in the SA if you wish.
If the desktop client is showing the wrong time, it's obviously having a conversion problem of some sort... although 1969 is a little odd...

Looks like they ran down a bug here: CSCee79993

I don't find that Bug ID in the toolkit. Any chance of a typo?
Thanks

no, it's a new bug - it wont get picked up by the toolkit for a day.
