Good evening,
I would like to know if the two phones: ip cisco 6821 and ip cisco 8851 are compatible with Cisco Call Manager Express, and do they have SCCP firmware?

You need to refer to the CME compatibility information which contains platform and phone compatibility information per CME release, so look at the one you're running or plan to use.
The 6821 is a MPP/3PCC devices, those are only meant to be used with 3rd party call control platforms, not compatible with CME/CUCM.
As for any other devices, you can simply go to the downloads area on cisco.com, search for the phone model and it will show you what kind of FW is available for the device.

Third party call control platform like free pbx etc..
