IP Communicator and EM Logout Problem

Hi Everyone,

we want to logout our client when They close ip communicator, is there a anyway about this ?

All agent forget logout after complated their shift and  another agent can not loginn the same computer,

How can I  do logout  closing agent ip communicator  ?

There is no native method to do so.

You can try to set the maximum login time so they're logged automatically.
