IP Communicator question

Im setting up Cisco IP Communicator Softphone for the first time in my 8.6 CUCM enviornment.  I have option 150 and all configured but am unable to get the phone to register even though I have set it up in Call Manager.  The error I get is in the photo below:  I think my issue is that the CUCM server does not have the Ip Communicator config files but wanted to confirm that is the issue.  More info below:

When I pull up my CUCM Device Configuration, the load information is blank.  Would that be an indicator that the phone load has not been put on the server?

That has nothing to do, have you actually configured the device on CUCM with the device name from the .cnf.xml file??

Or do you have auto-reg enabled??

I configured the device in CUCM and used the MAC address of the NIC the IP Communicator is running on.  So potentially the issue is that I am using the name "0026B9F120FA" and that is incorrect?

Okay, that was the problem.  The actual device name wasn't "0026B9F120FA", it needed SEP on the front like so:  "SEP0026B9F120FA".  Phone registered as soon as I changed the device name.

Thanks!
