Recently, two weeks ago, I had help upgrading my cluster from CUCM 8.6 to CUCM 10.5. Now no phones will allow background changes. The option on the phone is grayed-out and when pressed says, "That key is not active here". Can this be fixed? Here is a little background on things I have done.
1-Reset the phones - didn't help
2-Made sure the correct xml and png files where uploaded - no change
Is there something that was missed during the upgrade?
I have attached two pictures to show the display of my 7942 phone.

Is the "Enable End User Access to Phone Background Image Setting" option unchecked in the Common Phone Profile???

Then that's why you cannot do anything on the phone.
