Max Call Handlers in Unity Connection 10.5?

I found where the maximum number of Call Handlers in Unity Connection 7 is 2500.  Does anyone know if this number has increased for 10.5?

The specs on page 92 of this doc indicate the following;

Note: Unity Connection supports 40,000 system call handlers.
