IPC on Windows7 doesn't work

Hi,
i installed IP Communicator 7.0.4 and 7.0.5 on several Notebooks in our Company. If i start the IPC nothing appears on Screen nor reaction.
What's wrong?
Did somebody experienced this Error?

Are you running CIPC as an admin ?
If not can you give it a try ?

I installed IP Communicator on windows 7 and it work fine
Make sure the source file of IP Communicator is not have a problem or corrupted
try to use another source
also check your sound driver and speaker is work
because if it not, the IP Communicator will not work

Verify the pc's you are trying to install to meet the CIPC system requirements that can be found in the Release Notes:
