HI
We had to change the subnet mask of our HA IPCC server and since then the Cisco desktop Sync Service is crash.
We did not use the Cisco Unified CCX serviceability Utility because we do not had change the ip but just the subnet mask.
Any ideas of what I need to do the star again this service?

Hi,
Modifying the IP adress information, also the subnet mask of the IPCC cause it to lose its connection with the ccm
So you will be propably unable to login to the CRS admin page
and in order to overcome this, you will need to reset the pssd
complete these steps:
1. Navigate to the C:\winnt\system32\ccn folder.
2. Rename ccndir.ini to old.ccndir.ini or any other name you select.
3. Navigate to the C:\Program Files\wfavvid folder.
4. Locate the appadmin.properties file
5. Edit the appadmin.properties file with a word processor such as Notepad.
Set the com.cisco.wf.admin.installed entry in the appadmin.properties file to False (
6. Save and close the file.
The problem no longer occurs after you complete this procedure.
7.
Choose Start > Programs > Cisco CRA Administrator > Application Administrator from the
CRS server to launch the Application Administrator, and log in as the Administrator user with the
ciscocisco password.
The login is now successful.

Hi
Thanks for the answer but I do have access to the Web Page. The only issue that I have, and its a big one, the Cisco Sync service as crash since we change the subnet mask.
I have to said this is a failover server.
If I do this procedure I do think It will cause me other problem.
Do you know if I can corect the situation without start over the server?
