Hello everybody I already have an integration CallManager 4.2 with Unity 4.2 on the Main Office, now the customer is requesting, if I can add an integration of a callmanager express located on a remote office to the same Unity on the Main Office using the WAN link, is it possible integrate both CallManager and callmanager express to the same Unity?
do I need a license for the new callmanager express integration?
What is the bandwidth needed on the WAN link?
Do you have some links to check documentation?
Thank very much in advance.

Hi,
Ofcourse you can
using " voicemail 6000 " command under telephony service.
and from the unity side , you can use this doc:
the bandwidth needed will be related to the number of concurrent calls to the remote site, don't care for voice mail.
I don't think you will need a license for that.
Only the license exist may be sufficeint for the number of the needed subscribers.
wish this be helpful
Best Regards

Hi Walter,
You should not require a License for this Integration :)
Cisco Unity can be integrated with two or more phone systems at one time. For information on the maximum supported combinations and instructions for integrating Cisco Unity with multiple phone systems, see the Multiple Phone System Integration Guide for Cisco Unity

Hope this helps!
