IPhone 3G - Cisco Mobile version 8.0.2.2825

Hi!!

My IPhone 3G is running 4.2.1, my mobile client version is 8.0.2.2825 and CUCM System version: 7.1.5.11901-1.

I have done all the configurations by the book many times and i still have the same error - "verification timed out"

I have disable all the network security polices to ensure that was not the cause.

I notice that the COP files in cisco web site are from a diferent release - 8.0(1), can this be the problem???

Hi Josue,

Can you verify that the phone does not actually register with callmanager ?

Here is how you can gather the logs from the client

In the same guide I also see the following

Registration failure with the error message "Verification Timed Out" indicates that you have not rebooted all Cisco Unified Communications Manager servers in the cluster after installing the device COP file.

So it might be as easy as rebooting your CUCM

Hi Christos,

Many thanks for your help but the problem was in the FWSM.

I remove the inspect sip and tftp in the FWSM and it works just fine.
