I have a TAC opened 2 weeks ago with Cisco about a problem with IPMA and seems it will take longer than expected, may be some have any idea or has had a similar issue. The problem is:
From any assistant phone configured with IPMA service, once has log in in the phone, when they try to access boss phone they receive a error attached in this post.
We tried restart, change to other server, collect traces, and seems that when CUCM receive the query from a phone to access boss, that packet is dropped, we still dont know if any firewall could be doing that, customer said not.
When I try to see the URL with the MAC of Assistant I receive an XML web page with the error, as well attached.
Any idea where could be the problem?? thanks!
