IPMA error " host not found"

Hi,

Configured CCM4.13 IPMA services,when clikc IP phone service button and select IPMA service, got error " host not found ". URL is correct, IPMA service is runing, tomcat is runing, server.MCVD.xml file changed ( 8009 change to 8010 ), reload few time, still same issue, can you give some ideas?

On the URL try using the IP address instead of the hostname.
