IPMA - logout IPMA services from IP phone

Hi, does any one is aware if exists an URL in order to logout IPMA services from IP phone?

e.g.
In order to login into IPMA we have an URL such as http://192.168.0.1/ma/servlet/MAService?cmd=doPhoneService&Name=#DEVICENAME#
In order to login into Extension Mobility we have an URL such as http://192.168.0.1/emapp/EMAppServlet?device=SEP000000000000&userid=XXX&seq=xxx
In order to logout from Extension Mobility we have an URL such as http://192.168.0.1/emapp/EMAppServlet?device=SEP000000000000&doLogout=true

Perhaps something like http://192.168.0.1/ma/servlet/MAService?doLogout=true&Name=SEP000000000000 should work, but it does not.
Factory Reset is the only 'solution' that I know it works so far... :(
