Hello,
Our Unity Connection server polls our AD server daily and creates new accounts. We have three different Unified Messaging Services created. When new users are imported, they unfortunately get automatically assigned the service that we use the least. Is there a way to specify a different service to be used as the default? Thank you.

Thank you for your suggestion. It got me on the right track. I had looked at that, but did not see the option under the main 'Edit User Templates Basics." You physically need to go to the Edit menu within the Template and select it from there.
So, within the GUI, it's:
Templates / User Templates / [Pick your template] / Edit / Unified Messaging Accounts
Set the default there. Thank you!

I forgot to mention this is for version Cisco Unity Connection version: 10.5.1. I'm not sure if the workflow is worded the same in other versions...
