We are looking to capture stats for how many calls a Unity Connection system call handler takes as well as the number of times each Caller Input key in that call handler gets chosen, or how many times a call goes to voicemail user or takes a message, etc. Is there a Cisco tool or external tool that can capture these stats? We are currently at version 12.5 and already use the Call Handler Data Dump tool. Thanks.

the "Call Handler Traffic Report" will get you this info - how many calls came into a handler and how the user left (hang up, dial extension, menu entry):

Apologies for taking so long to acknowledge but for some reason I'm not getting the email notifications from the Community like I used to, and just now remembered to check for any responses and if there was an answer to this question.
