Is there a way to get Cisco Jabber for Windows to work without a IM&P Server and without a WebEx Server usin CUCM v7.1.5?

Is there a way to get Cisco Jabber for Windows to work without a IM&P Server and without a WebEx Server. Just with Cisco Unified Communication Manager V7.1.5 and Cisco Unity Connection, same Version?   If so what J4W ver can I use and if I have to use it as  phone mode only  ?
