Hi Pro,
When I tried to upgrade from 8.5.1 to 8.6.1, I got the following failure. Has anybody come across this?
The documentation only shows download the file with .pkg extension. What other files in the Unity Express Complete Installation File Set do I need to install?
Would you like to continue?[confirm]

Hi take a look at this:
Symptom: Software upgrade of CUE fails with the following error message: Error: Required Subsystem ID e2497725-368d-48b5-a7d5-7f87d889a608 was not found either on Installed or Candidate list.
Conditions:
1) CUE was shipped from Cisco with version 7.0.1 or later.
2) One of the following upgrades is done:
•7.0.x -> 7.1.x
•7.1.x -> 8.0.x
•7.0.x -> 8.0.x.
Workaround: The workaround is to first remove a dummy subsystem using the following CLI command in exec mode, allow the system to reboot, and then do the upgrade: "software uninstall uid-list 26bd663c-3e5a-43d9-a6c3-5441ce44941b".
