Hello Everybody, we have replaced a voice gateway ISR 28xx with the new generation 4331 but we are facing a strange problem, we monitor the isdn ports via snmp traps, the trap has some attributes like the interface index, here an example of the trap generated from the previous router:

5/10/2018 - 9:29 AM - CISDNTrapManager:OnTrap - 1.3.6.1.2.1.1.3.0: 9.15:20:55.370
5/10/2018 - 9:29 AM - CISDNTrapManager:OnTrap - 1.3.6.1.6.3.1.1.4.1.0: 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.26.2.0.2
5/10/2018 - 9:29 AM - CISDNTrapManager:OnTrap - 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.26.1.1.1.1.3.319.1: 321 <---ifIndex
5/10/2018 - 9:29 AM - CISDNTrapManager:OnTrap - 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.26.1.1.1.1.5.319.1: (omitted)
5/10/2018 - 9:29 AM - CISDNTrapManager:OnTrap - 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.26.1.1.1.1.8.319.1: 37
5/10/2018 - 9:29 AM - CISDNTrapManager:OnTrap - 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.26.1.1.1.1.9.319.1: User busy
5/10/2018 - 9:29 AM - CISDNTrapManager:OnTrap - 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.26.1.1.1.1.10.319.1: 0x11
5/10/2018 - 9:29 AM - CISDNTrapManager:OnTrap - 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.26.1.1.1.1.17.319.1: 1
5/10/2018 - 9:29 AM - CISDNTrapManager:OnTrap - TrapDesc: 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.26.2.0.2

Unfortunately after we have replaced the new 4331 we lost the ifIndex and all the traps contain the 0, here an example:

10/11/2018 - 3:48 PM - CISDNTrapManager:OnTrap - 1.3.6.1.2.1.1.3.0: 1.18:27:32.770
10/11/2018 - 3:48 PM - CISDNTrapManager:OnTrap - 1.3.6.1.6.3.1.1.4.1.0: 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.26.2.0.2
10/11/2018 - 3:48 PM - CISDNTrapManager:OnTrap - 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.26.1.1.1.1.3.0.25: 0  <---ifIndex
10/11/2018 - 3:48 PM - CISDNTrapManager:OnTrap - 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.26.1.1.1.1.5.0.25: (omitted)
10/11/2018 - 3:48 PM - CISDNTrapManager:OnTrap - 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.26.1.1.1.1.8.0.25: 33
10/11/2018 - 3:48 PM - CISDNTrapManager:OnTrap - 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.26.1.1.1.1.9.0.25: User busy
10/11/2018 - 3:48 PM - CISDNTrapManager:OnTrap - 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.26.1.1.1.1.10.0.25: 0x11
10/11/2018 - 3:48 PM - CISDNTrapManager:OnTrap - 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.26.1.1.1.1.17.0.25: 1

This is a really strange issue which I have big trouble to figure it out, the other strange thing is that If I perform the command show snmp mib ifmib ifindex I can see that the isdn interfaces contain a unique id, the one I was expecting to receive, here an example:

BRI0/1/0:1: Ifindex = 16

I wonder how can It be possible that a trap alerts has ID 0 and how can It be arranged.

Thank you in advance for your help
