ISR 4k - Webex Calling Trunk Offline

Hello all,

I have a problem with a cisco isr 4k.

The trunk is down and when I try a call I see the avobe message on the terminal.

What can I do to solve this problem of resource?

First of you’ll need to determine why is your trunk down. It can be down for a number of reasons. Call will fail as long as your trunk is down. Please post the output from debug ccsip message and debug voip ccapi inout for when trying to make a call and also please post your running configuration. Put this information in separate text files that you attach to your response.
