Hi Guys,
A Cisco 7962 phone is dialing the conference number to enter to the call but when the user enters the code, it is not recognising the code. However, when some other phone is used with dialing same number and same code. it works.
Any steps required to troubleshoot ?

Try to register with different protocol i.e. SCCP - SIP
also upgrade the firmware of device to latest 1
