Issue with voicmail (busy)

Hello,
I have a issue at the voicemail,
When I click the message icon in the IP Phone like what I tell the VM port is busy (TB VMPort1 5500) Busy:
integration between the CME and CUE is well done.
the CME and CUE detects the user and import the MWI Extensions
this is the configuration CME :

Hi there,

It actually looks like the integration method you have

used is for an integration between CME and "full blown" Unity

not CUE (or Unity Express). You can tell by this portion of the

config you linked as an example;

vm-device-id CiscoUM-VI1
