I have CME that controls some cisco 8945 phones as well as cucm that controls jabber and other 8945 phones.
I have MRA users that traverse through cisco expressway c and e
My challenge is that there is one way Video issue from cme to MRA user and vice versa. That is, if external user call cme user or vice versa,the cme user will be able to see the MRA user but the MRA user will not be able to see the CME user.
CME 8945 phones can call internal jabber clients and cucm phones (no issues)
May be i should look at the traffic going from the expressway e to the router since the same cme router is connected to the internet
