Jabber Chat rooms

We’re having an issue where some of our Jabber chat rooms are not showing up for some members. The Jabber client gives some members are “The chat room has been deleted” error message and doesn’t show the required chat room for them to join.

 

Can you guide me how can I start with troubleshooting this issue ?

How many IM&P do you have? The user can hang on a node to which the chat database is not connected or have any errors. Run Diagnostic - System Troubleshooter on all IM&P nodes for beginning (Cisco Unified CM IM and Presence Administration)
